Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We offer standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. We ship via standard USPS or UPS depending on weight, size, and destination. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. During peak times (like holiday seasons), please allow a little extra time. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). If your tracking number shows a significant delay or a lost status, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. However, if you need help navigating that process, feel free to reach out and we’ll guide you as best as we can!
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Wait 24 hours, as sometimes tracking updates early
- If still unresolved, please file a claim with carrier
Address Changes
If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before the item ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. You will also need to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. We package all items with care, but unfortunately, we cannot control what happens in transit.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can determine the best possible solution together.
What’s included in the DIY kits?
Each DIY kit varies! Some kits include only the wood cutouts, while others may include additional supplies like paint or brushes. Please read each product description carefully to know exactly what you’re getting. We aim to be transparent so you know what to expect!

What supplies do I need?
If your kit doesn’t include paint, brushes, or glue, we’ll usually list the recommended materials in the product description or in your confirmation email. We try to keep things beginner-friendly and frustration-free!
Can I customize a DIY kit?
We do occasionally offer limited custom options or personalization during special events. If customizations are available, they’ll be clearly noted in the product listing. At this time, we are not accepting one-off custom orders.
