Refund Policy

At Everything B. Nicole, we take great pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted DIY kits and creative products. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of many items, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that life happens, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. You will need to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier as well. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping, but we’ll do our best to support you through the process.

Lost Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking shows a package is lost or significantly delayed, please file a claim with the carrier. If you need help locating your tracking info or filing, we’re happy to assist.

Refund Requests

Refunds and returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with your order or received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and determine the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Read Product Descriptions Carefully

Some kits include only wood cutouts, not paint, glue, or tools. Please read each product listing thoroughly before purchasing. We do not accept returns for misunderstanding what’s included in a kit.
